No worries! All live workouts will be recorded and available for you to replay at your convenience.

What equipment do I need?

No special equipment is required but I encourage you to have heavy weights if possible!  Min 10lbs No need to go out and buy anything if you don't have, but I encourage you to make the investment in the future.   

Will this program help with weight loss?

This program is designed to support body composition changes by helping you build strength and regulate hormones naturally.
