How long will I have access to the program?

You'll likely have access to this material for a couple of years but just like our bodies, science and technology are constantly evolving.  If I make changes to the program in the future, I wouldn't want you to be working off of an outdated program.  But this course isn't made to use for the rest of your life. It's been developed to get you the information you need in order to take charge of your health and fitness and hit the ground running! 

What equipment do I need?

No special equipment is required but I encourage you to have heavy weights or access to a gym if possible!  Think 10-40lbs.  I encourage you to take the step and make the investment in your future!  

Will this program help with weight loss?

This program is designed to support body composition changes by helping you build strength and regulate hormones naturally.  If your goal is to lose weight, I encourage you to make the mindset shift with me to teach yourself how to gain lean mass instead...and understand that your body image and those "stubborn extra pounds" will be changing as you go through the program.
