PREGNANCY: Stay Strong & Pain-Free

Pregnancy is a time of incredible change, and your workouts should support—not stress—your body. My prenatal coaching focuses on safe, effective, corrective exercises to help you maintain strength, reduce aches and pains, and prepare for birth and recovery. Whether you're dealing with back pain, pelvic floor pressure, or just want to stay active and energized, this program gives you everything you need to feel your best through all three trimesters.

Corrective Exercises for Aches & Pains: Statistically, 1 in 3 pregnant and postpartum bodies will experience an ache, pain or injury during this time period. Here are a few of the most common aches and pains along with some tips on how to manage, prevent and recovery from them.


Third Trimester Labor Prep: Shift the mental and physical focus of your workouts to prepare for labor and delivery during your 3rd trimester.
