As a pre & postnatal Corrective Exercise Expert, I'm specialized as a Diastasis and Core Consultant, Holistic Fertility and Pregnancy Coach, and Holistic Health Coach, I have devoted my career to making the wellness industry a safer, more educated place for birthing bodies. 


Originally a professional modern dancer, I changed course after the pregnancy and birth of my daughter in 2016. Throughout pregnancy, I wanted to maintain my current level of fitness without worry. When it came to postpartum, I wanted to make sure I healed fully and could get back to dancing and all the activities I loved.

Since then, I've been helping ​people have a healthier relationship with how they move and feel throughout trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting.
