I’m not speaking from a distant past—I’m right here, navigating perimenopause alongside you. When I first noticed some changes, I felt an overwhelming sense of doom, much like I did during pregnancy and postpartum. But just like before, I dove into learning, gaining new certifications, and empowering myself through education. Now, I’m passionate about helping us all thrive, not just survive, through this transformation.
With 24 years in health and fitness, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women through every stage of life. Now, as I step into this new chapter myself, I’m inspired to walk this journey with all of you. This bootcamp is designed for women aged 40 and up who are looking to prepare for and navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence. No prior fitness experience is required!
What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! Recordings will be available for all participants.

Just a quiet space, and a willingness to learn and the heart-space to share. We’ll guide you through everything else.
