I’m not speaking from a distant past—I’m right here, navigating perimenopause alongside you. When I first noticed some changes, I felt an overwhelming sense of doom, much like I did during pregnancy and postpartum. But just like before, I dove into learning, gaining new certifications, and empowering myself through education. Now, I’m passionate about helping us all thrive, not just survive, through this transformation.

With 24 years in health and fitness, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women through every stage of life. Now, as I step into this new chapter myself, I’m inspired to walk this journey with all of you. Together, we’ll turn confusion into clarity, fear into empowerment, and hesitation into confident action.

Who is this bootcamp for?
This bootcamp is designed for women aged 40 and up who are looking to prepare for and navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence. No prior fitness experience is required!


What if I’m not 40 yet or don’t have any symptoms?

Great question! Even if you’re not experiencing symptoms or haven’t hit 40, now is the perfect time to start learning. Understanding the changes your body will go through before they happen allows you to feel more prepared and empowered when the time comes. Early knowledge means you can take proactive steps to support your health, build strength, and create habits that will serve you well into the future. Think of it as giving yourself a head start on navigating perimenopause with confidence and clarity.


What will you cover?

The "bootcamp" will give you a basic introduction to hormonal changes, what shifts you need to begin making in fitness and how stress and other factors play a role in your menopause experience.

While you can find countless articles and advice about menopause, reading alone often leads to more questions—and more anxiety. Will we be working out? 

We'll be incorporating some movements each day in order to build you a basic, menopause fitness routine.  But there's no need to change your clothes or prepare for an intense sweat sesh for the live calls! 
 

What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! Recordings will be available for all participants.


What do I need in order to participate?
Just a quiet space, and a willingness to learn and the heart-space to share.  We’ll guide you through everything else.
