Let’s be honest — the fitness industry has failed women.

It was built for men, tested on men, and sold to women as one-size-fits-all. But women’s bodies aren’t smaller versions of men’s. We move differently. We recover differently. We need a completely different kind of training — one that evolves with our hormones, our energy, and our lives.

The truth is, most women are out there doing workouts that don’t serve them — pushing through pain, burnout, and plateaus that could be avoided entirely with the right approach. And it’s not their fault. They’ve been told to “just work harder,” when what they really need is to work smarter.

From Corrective Exercise To Healed & Ready...

Corrective exercise has been very helpful to me in building my foundational pelvic floor and core strength and reducing my leaking issues. Now 19 months out from having my daughter I am feeling pretty strong and doing gym workouts, HIIT, biking, skiing, and some running.
